The concept of this house is more like the Hostel concept which is more prevalent in the Western Countries. You get a private space as your room & kitchen and other spaces as common. If you or any of your friend who is looking for a place to rent, you can consider this homestay.

We are located just behind the Norwegian Embassy in Bakhundole in a quiet and peaceful locality. Walking distance from The British School and many restaurants,cafe,eateries and convenient stores.

The price ranges from USD 240 - USD 270/month. All taxes inclusive.

The prices subject to single occupancy and in case of 2 people occupying the space, there will be an extra occupancy charge. The rent includes all the amenities and facilities provided in the house.

Facilities are: FREE high speed internet, Hot shower, Housekeeping service, Water, Electricity, Refrigerator, Drinking water, Fully equipped communal kitchen, Laundry service charging Nrs 400/basket.

The property is in Patan Height so it oversees a beautiful scene of the North side of the valley. On a clear day, 180 degrees of mountain range are visible. There's also a small garden and 2 level rooftops to relax and chill.
