There are several openings ( 2 rooms ) starting from 7th September in the heart of Lalitpur, Patan. The concept of this house is more like the Hostel concept which is more prevalent in the Western Countries. You get to have a private space as your room and kitchen and other spaces as common. If you or any of your friend who is looking for a place to rent, you can consider this homestay.

We are located just behind the Norwegian Embassy in Bakhundole in a quiet and peaceful locality. Walking distance from The British School and many restaurants,cafe,eateries and convenient stores.

The price ranges from USD 240 - USD 270/month. All tax inclusive.

The prices subject to single occupancy and in case of 2 people occupying the space, there will be an extra occupancy charge. The rent includes all the amenities and facilities provided in the house.

Facilities are : FREE high speed internet, Hot shower, Housekeeping service, Water, Electricity, Refrigerator, Drinking water, Fully euipped communal kitchen, Laundry service charging Nrs 400/basket.

The property is in Patan Height so it oversees a beautiful scene of the North side of the valley. On a clear day, 180 degree of mountain range is visible. There's also a small garden and 2 level rooftops to relax and chill.

NOTE: THIS WHOLE HOUSE IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR LONG TERM TENANTS.
