Because artists can
suggest their vision of the world and be a critical vehicle for educating the
public, because these major issues are now ubiquitous and are not solely the
responsibility of scientists, it is extremely important that a festival such as
Planet Nepal exists.
The second edition
has been thought in two phases: a five months sensitization that started on
June 5th and a three days festival in November 9th to 11th. Planet Nepal offers a rich
and varied program including art performances, concerts, documentary
screenings, art performances, exhibitions, workshops and panel discussions. The
greatest artists and scientists from Nepal will work with French ones invited
on this occasion.
