Need more info. Where is ur fren right now?
I dont think he can just go and work at england unless he gets sponsored by
an employer (termed as sponsor) under the work permit visa.
Secondly, he can go and study at Highly Trusted Institution like most of
the uni over there and work part time (20 hrs or less).
Also there is very limited scope for scholarship in UK as compared to other
countries.
I hope this helps.

A 3 room fully furnished flat will be available from 28th of March.
It is located in a parallel street to Kumaripati behind/next to Patan hospital.
Downstairs, it has a kitchen with
all necessities (fridge, microwave etc) and a living room with sofas.
Upstairs, there is one master bedroom with attached bathroom,
another bedroom and a third room (shared bathroom).
The flat has a back-up electricity system and 24h hot water.
There is also a washing machine available. The Didi comes every Saturday to clean the flat
and will do the washing as well for a considerable fee.
There is a supermarket and fruit and vegetable market around the corner.
The best thing about the flat, are the very nice, caring landlords.
Whenever you face any problems, difficulties etc they well immediately help you out.
The rent is 35,000 NPR per month plus internet and electricity.
