You could try Eagle Export next to Kathmandu Guesthouse in Thamel. Although they still ship with DHL, they ship in bulk, and so at lower rates. I just sent an 8 kg package to Denmark for NRs. 7500 and it arrived less than a week later. The price included packing the items for me. I haven't got the phone number with me, but if you search ktmktm I know that they advertised their services about a month ago. Hope this helps!
