Hi everybody,

I have a sunny 3BHK apartment available for rent on the first floor of a four-story house in a residential area of Baluwatar (northern part bordering Maharajgunj). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (incl. 1 with attached bathroom), 1 living room, 1 dining room, kitchen and 1 common bathroom. Walking to distance to the Le Sherpa market, European bakery, major supermarkets (Big Mart, Salesberry) or Cafe Soma, and close proximity to Lazimpat road and Baluwatar Chowk all add to the apartment's great location.

Important - the apartment comes with a set of furniture and appliances we purchased over the past three years. These items are not part of the monthly rental and preference will be given to those willing to buy all or most of these items as part of moving in. Items include custom-made dining table and bench, large coffee table, work desk, king-size bed, nightstands and stand-alone counter station (all Metalwood), work chair, custom-made sofa with cushions (Cottonmill), queen-sized bed in the guest room, wardrobe, fridge and washing machine. Monthly rent NPR 35,000 excluding utilities (add NPR 1,000-3,000/mo). Apartment is available from May 1.
