Hi! I have an amazing friend Katharine coming to volunteer in Nepal for a few months beginning the very end of January. I am hoping to find her a room/flat to rent in Baluwatar/Gairidhara,  as close as possible to Sunrise Development Bank. There is a really nice flat located in Kaldhara, right outside Thamel, for rent. Great area. Within walking distance to Thamel, but in a quiet neighborhood.
