Room in Sanepa

Hi group, 

i have one room available where I live in Sanepa. rent is 12500 per month. It is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Ground-floor - upstairs yet to be build, but the construction will continue only after 1 year. For now it is me and my puppy staying there. Furniture are few, but will be more.
