Urgent help to find home for my 2 dogs.

Ok, i dont need anyone judging me here now. This is already too difficult and heart breaking enough for me just to write this post. We never had a plan to leave this country but because of urgent issue we need to move to UK in TWO weeks. They are my like my sons and I need to find the best home for them. My husband's family have offered to take them but I don't want them to live in cages or in other horrible conditions. 

They are both male, castrated and vaccinated. 

Jackie (black-brown) was adopted from the street and not sure exactly his age, but acts like an old dog, sweet, smart, lazy and calm. Vet's estimation about 5 years. He loves company, sleeps next to me if possible. 

Poika (black-white) in finnish means a 'boy', also taken from the street as a puppy, around 2 and a half years now. Very active and playful. 

Both trained in finnish, I can teach the words for 'come', 'sit', 'down', 'wait', 'no'. So they come with instructions. 

Please if anyone could offer them a good home or knows somewhere nice where they would have space to run and be happy, let me know. Their picture attached.
