Looking for 1 bedroom furnished apartment for 3 months - anyone subletting?

Hi all:

I'm looking for a fully furnished, neat and clean 1 bedroom apartment for 3 months starting next week. Is anyone subletting theirs? Preferred areas are Lazimpat, Naxal and Dilli Bazaar. 

I'm in KTM on a short term assignment with the UN. Promise to maintain the place well and keep it neat and clean!

Includes:  One bed  room with attached  bath, 24 hours hot/cold water, electrict,Internet, Kitchen sharing,cooking gas,  stove,  and other all kitchen accessories. Multi channel TV Cable etc.

Located  10 minutes walk from  ring road  Banastali or 35 minutes walking from Thamel.There are local buses  service  5 minutes walk form the house.

We have great rooftop garden  tables also small garden around the house.
