Dear everyone,
We are a small group of dog lovers community and we are trying to do something good for the street dog of Kathmandu. Our team have came up with an idea to cook a nutritious food to be cooked using microwave oven. Therefore, we are planning get an oven to cook a recipe that one of our friend on twitter recommended. These biscuits are rich in protein and inexpensive too. It is not for profit motive or household motive. It is meant for street dogs of each and every community.
So, here we appeal, we need two set of ovens to prepare the receipt. So if there is anyone who wants to donate an old or used oven, yet usable one for this good cause. Please do reply us back.
We along with our volunteers will be cooking the given recipe for the street dogs.
After we received donated microwave woven, we will publish it on our website (www.dogsarefamily.org).
We are planning an event which;
· Volunteers will gather wholewheat flour, oats, peanut butter required for the recipe
· Prepare and cook cookies
· Put it in a container
· Go out in the streets in a group or individually
· Feed the hungry street dogs or whoever deserve.
We are planning to have it organized every month, but before that we urgently seek for ovens. Also, anyone interested in baking the cookie can come to our place and enjoy the baking together.
The amount baked by one person will be taken to his/her community to feed the street dogs.
