The weapon features a distinctive black/yellow finish and two openings for the probes, as well as two sights in a similar manner to various weapons. In the enhanced version, a Coil logo is seen on the handle/grip, and in first-person view, there is an electronic gauge below the sights that indicates if it has power or is recharging.
The Teaser launches a small wire which attaches to the target and sends a continuous electric charge into them. It has a power meter, which starts at 100, and is depleted with use; it recharges while idle. If a victim is shocked by it for long enough, they will catch on fire and will eventually die, and the player will immediately gain a one-star Wanted Level.
The Stun Gun can shock victims with thousands of volts of electricity and then leave them incapable of getting up, lying on the ground and eventually pulling out a pistol if they have one. Usually, Stun Gun victims do not survive; however, in some cases such as street criminals and animals, after being shocked they will get up as if nothing happened. The Stun Gun has a limited effective range, being slightly longer than most melee weapons.
The Stun Gun can also be used as a Drive-By weapon (since it is classed as a handgun), though the low damage, low fire rate and short range limits its usage to just stunning NPCs on the streets with the car parked near them. Despite it being a Stun Gun, it is capable of being used to shoot out non-bulletproof vehicle tires and to kill people.
In Grand Theft Auto Online, the weapon has a slower recharge speed, requiring 12 seconds before using it again, and the recharge time cannot be skipped by switching to another weapon. It will also do noticeable damage to targets, as its damage has been increased from 1 to 20. The Stun Gun cannot be used as a drive-by weapon, however.
Files list the weapon with an absurd ammo capacity, and even then, there is a flag that gives the weapon infinite ammo. This would theoretically prevent the character from even performing a reload animation. Even though the weapon has two openings for the probes, the weapon only fires a single electroshocking probe in the same way as a round of a conventional firearm, most likely due to limitations.
This GTA: Vice City guide features information for locating and completing all 36 Stunt Jumps located around the city. This section includes an update for the GTA: The Trilogy - Definitive Edition release for Xbox, PC, Switch, and PS5.
Another optional task you can complete as you explore Vice City is perform a number of stunt jumps for money, notoriety, and percentage points towards completion. There are two types of stunt jumps: Insane Stunt Jumps and Unique Stunt Jumps.
Unique Stunt Jumps are more difficult to pull off and can only be completed at specific sections on the map. In order to complete one of these jumps, you'll have to start from a specific point and land at another. In the sections below, we'll discuss just how to complete each of the 36 Unique Stunt Jumps in the game.
Throughout Vice City you'll come across 36 Unique Stunt Jump locations. These are opportunities for high-speed stunts for which you can earn attractive cash bonuses. Aside from the odd few bucks you'll earn every time you pull off what the game considers an "insane stunt", Unique Stunt Jumps will award additional cash in increasing quantities ($100) for every consecutive Unique Stunt Jump you pull off. That is, the first Unique Stunt Jump you complete will earn you $100, the second $200, the third $300 and so on until the 36th (and last) will earn you an additional $3600.
Thanks to Demarest's Vice City Code Tool "Uniquecall", the images following show not only the locations of the Unique Stunt Jumps scattered around the city, but also the exact area through which you must pass for the Unique Stunt Jump to activate and for you to complete the jump successfully. Stunts are ordered as per most commercially produced game guides to minimise confusion.
Planning ahead and packing properly can facilitate the screening process and ease your travel experience at the airport. Know what you can pack before arriving at the airport by checking the prohibited items list. Carrying prohibited items may cause delays for you and other travelers, but they may also lead to fines and sometimes even arrest.
Passengers may transport unloaded firearms in checked baggage if they are transported in a locked, hard-sided container and declared to the airline before traveling. Consistent with the new ATF definition of firearm, TSA now considers frames, receivers, and 3D printed guns to be firearms under its civil enforcement program. These items remain prohibited items and must be transported in accordance with TSA regulations in a passenger's checked bag. In addition, TSA considers a firearm to be "loaded" when both the firearm and its ammunition are accessible to the passenger. For example, if an individual has a firearm in accessible baggage and ammunition in his/her pocket, or any combination where the individual has access to both, the firearm is considered "loaded" for purposes of assessing a civil penalty. Read the requirements for transporting firearms and ammunition. In addition, local and state governments, and other countries, may have their own rules on firearm possession or transportation. As a result, prohibited items may result in both a TSA civil enforcement action and a criminal enforcement action.
TSA may impose civil penalties of up to $14,950 per violation per person. This table outlines some of the penalties that may be imposed on individuals for prohibited items violations and violations of other TSA regulations. Repeat violations will result in higher penalties. See the TSA Enforcement Sanctions Guidance Policy for a more detailed list of the penalty guidelines.
BB, pellet, and compressed-air guns; flare and starter pistols; realistic replicas of firearms (including gun lighters); permanently inert firearms; spear guns; stun guns, cattle prods, or other shocking devices
Tampering or interfering with, compromising, modifying, attempting to circumvent, or causing a person to tamper or interfere with, compromise, modify or attempt to circumvent any security system, measure, or procedure. Includes the artful concealment of prohibited items (except for those prohibited items covered above)
Read the Action Plan Program for eligible parties and TSA to discuss and reach an agreement on corrective actions to address the root cause of any security vulnerability or noncompliance with TSA security requirements that qualify for this program, and resolve that vulnerability or noncompliance with administrative action instead of a civil enforcement action. This program became effective on August 26, 2019.
The choice to hire an attorney is solely your decision. You are afforded the options of requesting an Informal Conference or a Formal Hearing (see related questions below), with or without legal representation.
All disputes or mitigating information specific to an individual case must be submitted to the Special Enforcement Program Office in writing. The preferred way to contact us is by email, at NOV...@tsa.dhs.gov. If you are unable to contact us by email, you can send your correspondence, in writing, to:
Individuals who commit certain violations of Federal security-related regulations, such as interference with security operations, assault, threat, intimidation, or interference with flight crew, physical or sexual assault or threat of physical or sexual assault of any individual on an aircraft, access control violations, providing false or fraudulent documents, making a bomb threat, or bring a firearm, explosive, or other prohibited items to an airport or on board an aircraft are denied expedited screening for a period of time. The duration of disqualification for expedited screening will depend upon the seriousness of the offense and/or a repeated history of regulatory violations.
The notice of violation process and the TSA PreCheck disqualification process are separate processes and are handled by different offices. Individuals with questions concerning their TSA PreCheck status should contact us through X (Twitter @AskTSA), Facebook Messenger ( ), Apple Business Chat or by texting "Travel" to AskTSA (275-872). You can also contact the TSA Contact Center at (866) 289-9673 or fill out an online form. Individuals with questions concerning their notice should contact their case agent in the Special Enforcement Program Office. Your case agent will not be able to assist you with questions concerning your TSA PreCheck status, and both AskTSA and TCC will not be able to help you with questions concerning your notice of violation. TSA is unable to advise passengers/individuals at the time of the incident whether or not they will be assessed a civil penalty. When an incident occurs, the screening personnel forward the information to the TSA regulatory department to determine if a violation of the Transportation Security Regulations occurred. Once the investigation has concluded and it is determined that a violation did occur, the individual is notified by a notice of violation.
A Notice of Violation is a civil matter, not criminal. The civil penalty associated with your Notice of Violation is a monetary penalty for a regulatory violation. Any criminal charges you may incur are separate from your civil matter with TSA and are handled by local or state courts. Your case with TSA does not dictate or eliminate your local or state charges and vice versa.
You may respond to the Notice of Violation by choosing one of the five options listed in the options sheet that is attached to your notice. Instructions for submitting your response are contained in the options sheet.
The informal conference is a meeting with a TSA official to discuss your case. It allows you to present information that you would like the TSA to consider before making a final decision. If you request an Informal Conference, a TSA official will be assigned to your case and will contact you to schedule and hold the Informal Conference. Further action is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
