Alternative Radio, 7PM Thursday- Listen to an interview with Nandini
Sunder, Professor of Sociology at the Delhi School of Economics says
that indigenous people of India are organizing to defend their land
and culture against predatory corporations who are working hand in
hand with the government. India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh says
that this affects the climate for investment, and New Delhi is
expanding it's military operations to crush the resistance.

inspired by an interview with Master Gardener Volunteers talking about
seeds. Learn the local news with Monica Chaplin, and learn about
