We are looking for a talented and passionate Android Developer / Mobile Engineer to develop mobile apps.

 

Key Responsibilities (not limited to): 

• Development of native android app from scratch.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g. product managers, user experience designers) and other stakeholders in the production of a finished product.
• Ability to work on projects without detailed instructions; being a self-starter and taking ownership is a crucial requirement for this role.

Desired Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of work experience developing Android applications.
• Thorough knowledge of Android APIs and platform capabilities (e.g.: location-based capabilities within apps)
• Experience/Knowledge of CMS like Magento, Opencart and Wordpress
• Handling push notifications from servers to Android app
• Experience with In-App purchase
• Past experience of shipping mobile products (live apps in Play store)Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, Activities, Services, Intents, Content Providers & Notifications, Web Apps and Web Views
• Expertise in creating and working on multi-threaded apps, XML & JSON API - web services
• Knowledge of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, and multi-threading.
• Should be able to do peer code reviews and quality assurance tasks on developed product.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with designers and developers Preference for.
• Familiarity with material design UI concepts and interactions
• Experience/Knowledge with unit test frameworks (e.g. Acralyzer, Robolectric etc)
• Play Store marketing knowledge

Experience: 

2 to 5 yrs

Salary: 

Rs 2.40 - 4.00 Lacs p.a.
