Dear Students,

Message regarding to fill the industry person feedback cum evaluation regarding your project work.

For fair evaluation of the students we have added a criteria wherein your external guide's feedback required and it would be calculated as some percentage of marks in the final semester. This has been done as the you(students) have spent a greater amount of time at the company/industry.

With the same view, do request to your external guide/ manager/ owner/ project leader/team leader kindly spare a few minutes to fill up the feedback excel sheet as attachment. This is required as one of the evaluation component for your project as per our university rules for fair evaluation. 

The procedure to be followed by your IDP company person at company site. 

1. Download the excel file as attachment.

2. Fill the concern detail about company, students and their project.

3. Evaluation parameters are well defined so for each our student at your company provide the ratings earned out of specified in excel sheet

4. For each student there will individual entry in same file as individual row.

5. After filling require detail please send the same final copy of file by e-mail address of your external guide/ project manager/ owner/ project leader/team leader/ or any other in-charge person from company from their company address with company domain only. Means the feedback form in reply should be sent through e-mail id with company domain. 

6. suppose your external guide/ manager/ owner/ project leader/team leader or any other in-charge person from company are ready to fill feedback report in physical hard copy then they can also provide. but in that case feedback report must be duly signed by company person with required seal of the company. it is compulsory, otherwise document will be not considered valid.

Note: This feedback must be sent or on before 24/04/2016 10:00 pm through company person's email address with company domain only as described in step-5  or in physical copy as explained in step-6.

We appreciate your continuous support to our students for their final semester project as well as training. It will be our endeavor to further improve our relations and having greater support for our students.
