Waiting Time Over: Degree certificate is ready... Receive it before 25 sep-2016

Dear students, (please read carefully)

your waiting time is over now, your Degree certificate is ready for you

you can collect it from your class counselor.

students have make printout of attached PDF file (authorized letter/ receiver's declaration)

If you are not able to come college personally for receive degree certificate then you have to give authority to reliable person (father /mother/ brother/ sister/ relative)

students have to manual fill above portion of printed letter, make student's sign & give to authorized person.

(abroad/ out of station students can send scanned copy [manually filled and signed] to authorized person by email or other way)

if student is personally coming to receive certificate then he/she have to fill up only bottom portion (receiver's declaration) in the presence of mentor/CC

 

please attach photo copy of student ID card OR ID proof for our reference

authorized person also have to fill up receivers declaration in the presence of mentor/CC & attach ID proof(which contain photo address) of authorized person

Please, Do not forgot photocopy of ID proof & printed signed letter 

 

most probably, students are invited to come on 17/09/2016 (saturday), so you can have get together with your group.
