혹시 maven central repository 정상동작 하나요?

maven repostitories > rebuild index 하면 아래와 같이 에러가 나네요...

다른 repository(http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2) 는 문제가 없는데
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 만 안되는 것 같아서 여쭤봅니다.

mvn install을 실행해보면 정상적으로 다운로드 되고 빌드 됩니다.
maven repostitories > rebuild index 만 문제네요.

sts 2.7.1 버전입니다.(2.5.1에서도 해봤는데 마찬가지네요)
