Hey there! I hope this email finds you all well.
I'll cut to the chase..... I have scheduled my first adrenalectomy on a ferret next week. Not only is this my first adrenalectomy, but it is also my first ferret surgery. Finally doing some exotics work....be careful what you wish for! :)
My 'shout out' is if anyone has any 'gee, I wish I would have known that before' items or just any little tricks or tips you may have regarding this procedure. I'm already a little stressed about the hypotension..... OK, just the anesthesia in general. Not to mention the surgery itself.... OK, it's all stressing me out! The first time's always the worst, right?!
I wait with baited breath (I had onions for lunch {ahahahahahahaha}) for any expertise you may have to share.
