Important changes due to on4kst service url change

Hi everyone,

[KST4Contest], much new content.

as many of you noticed, the ON4KST service has moved its domain from .info to .org. This broke the connection in the current software version. Tnx to Mats Helgöstam for the information!

To get everyone back online with kst4Contest as quickly as possible, I am releasing this hotfix immediately. It updates the internal addresses to the new domain. There is also a new field fo the domain and port at the preferences window.

Important: Because I was in the middle of working on the next update, this version includes some new features that are not quite finished yet. You might see new options or interface elements that aren't fully adjustable in the settings at the moment. Please ignore these for now; the priority was simply to get the software working again.

I am working on finishing the full release, which will include proper settings for all the new stuff.

Added since last version:
- win-test support (not deactivable yet, beta)
- pstRotator support (not deactivable yet, beta)
- airScout fix (calculations depends to cpu load now)
- QSO sniffer which filters changable callsigns lists messages to your pm window (last picture is an example for that)
- status bar for thread states to see issues really quick

Here is what remains to be done for the final version:

- Endless loop in error case lets freeze the client // abstellen
- save option: ServerDNS / Port
- save option: activate/deactivate pstRotator interface

- Userlist sort automatically on new member signon (Bug reported)
- enable Airscout checkbox --> no effect
- save CQ1 text changes (actual only save at textfield tab-leave)
- also chat CQ2 beacon text
- Posonpill-messages should only end one Client instance, not all in the netork and not wtKST (bugreport Kreso)!
- lifetime for logged stations to avoid the needage to reset the database manually
- decrease line of scrollback to save some cpu time
- establish category filter on multi chat usage
- fix /p, -2, etc. problem, is not fixed at all parts of the program: refactoring needed
- pstrotator delay time after button click .... as waiting for rotator change for spid workaround -> Thats unsexy
