KST4Contest version 1.251 / bug in 1.25

Hi OMs, 

I just remembered that I created a newsgroup for kst4contest some time ago.
Now I want to use it to spread some update information as my website is still under development and facebook is not a too good platform for the news.

I just compiled and uploaded kst4contest version 1.251.
For those who downloaded v1.25.0, pse download 1.25.1 as there is a bug in tagging worked stations, causing the tagging don´t work at all. Caused by a scoreboard function which is still under development and not visible to the user. Thankfully Steve, G1YBB discovered it as he tested the Minos contest logger with kst4contest, which works good. 

So I am glad to tell that the list of compatible loggers just have a new entry: MINOS contest logger, which seems to be a very interesting software.

The last update v1.25 included:
- New configuration Tab: Messagehandling
You can find options to wether auto-answering all messages which arriving or
answer your CQ qrg automatically if someone asks you for it.

A full list of recent version changes can be seen in the update notice at the program start if you are running an older client version than it´s provided by the server. Other way is to read the xml file manually:

There is a big amount of planned new features during april and may, such as:

- Providing scoreboard-function

- AI based "connection tracking" for finding out activated passes between other stations

- A webservice for providing a reliable list of chatters´ QRGs and 

- A kind of spot service to propagate active propagation via tropo / as to a webservice which sharing these information. Goal is to make other stations could pick out active passes without needing an explicite sked...time is money, hihi

The last idea is created by DL8AAU and DL2ALF and we talked about that some days ago and I am sleeping about design ideas for that.
