Hi All,

 

Acropetal would like to invite Oracle Employees for a referral program for Fresher’s 2012-13 pass outs. Below are the details:-

 

Position: - Associate Support Consultant

 

Eligibility Criteria: -

 

·         BE/MCA 2012 – 13 pass outs 70% & above throughout the academics,(2012 pass outs will considered only if their technical and aptitude scoring is extremely good during the interview process.)

·         Readiness to sign a year service agreement with Acropetal

·         Readiness to work in shifts on any Platform/Project

·         Readiness to work at Bangalore/Hyderabad

Selection Process:          1) Written Test

                                     2) Group Discussion

                                     3) Technical Interview

                                     4) HR Interview

 

This is purely a vendor driven initiative, If any of you want to provide any of your known candidates resumes for their boot camp. Please go through the criteria and revert to them accordingly.

 

For first one year candidates will work on Acropetal pay role and then will be confirmed as oracle Employee. (Contract to hire).
