KSP Requesting Assistance in
Locating Escaped Inmate
Hopkinsville, KY (Christian County) – On January 6, 2020 at approximately 3:44 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville, received a call stating an inmate had escaped the Christian County Detention Center. Jaquavius D. Whitlock was on a furlough for medical treatment, when he exited a family members vehicle, and fled on foot. He was last seen on South Oneal Avenue in Hopkinsville, KY at approximately 1:50 PM.
Jaquavius D. Whitlock is 19 years of age, of Hopkinsville, KY. He is a black male, with black hair, brown eyes, approximately 5’9” tall, and weighs approximately 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and jeans. Whitlock was being lodged on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess, Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun, and Using Restricted Ammo during Felony (No Shots).

KSP Requesting Public's Assistance in
Locating Escaped Inmate
The escapee is Wayne Eldridge Weeks, 38 years of age, of Mt. Olivet, KY. He is a white male, with brown hair, brown eyes, approximately 6 foot tall, and weighs approximately 260 pounds. Weeks was last seen wearing a turquoise short sleeve t-shirt, a dark blue lightweight jacket, and jeans. He has a tattoo of a Celtic knot on his right wrist, Greatful Dead symbol on his right forearm, Greatful Dead dancing bears on his left forearm, and other tattoos on his right and left calves.
Weeks was being lodged for the following charges:
1.) Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000,
2.) Bail Jumping 1st Degree
3.) Bail Jumping 1st Degree
4.) Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Drug Unspecified).
