I’m Jitender Kumar Dixit from KPO program and I’m posted in Rewari branch. I don't know whether you will read this mail or not but I want satisfied my self So I have send my query to my higher authority of Kotak Mahindra Bank I want to draw your attention through this mail In which I want to say how mantely harassed . more over I’m complect my scenario in these 3 point. Request please read it
1 this KPO Program now call this KSO program ( Kotak Sales Officer ) in which we have 9 month training Program and these 9 month program we studied following Subject
Risk management
Trade forex
Financial planning
Banking laws and regulations
Commercial banking
And that was not related to this program and after 9 month we are enter in to the branch then I’m realized that all that was dreams . The actual job is to seal CASA and Insurance
2 Our HR is not supported to Our employee and live example is me I mailed him many time to Regarding my issue but he not replyed
3 Most important thing every person want respect I’m sure he maintain integrity dignity and self-respect but when Ruin each and every second .In the fount of customer my Superior Shouted at me and Abuse me every day so I contacted with HR but the same he not Replied and this is going on continuously in the branch then on 12/10/2018 I’m put my resignation on system . Now very Serious is main point and killing point The Loan part Putting regination is like doing sucide for me because we already paid 400000 for this job by taking loan from kotak and again I have to pay Rs 180000 for job regination. I haven't have fund now to pay for bond breakage. So what to do, only I have one way that is to go through mental torture everyday . I know the Result of left this job but I don’t have any other option so you can understand. It's my humble request to you please do the needful

I'm facing same problem, once I completed my PGDRB and after that I joined the branch, I have lots of potential, positivity & all. Once I joined and I heard about RO profile from employee of Kotak Bank. I was surprised even in my OJT I don't know about the documentation of the CASA. BT everyone thought I am a trained employee I know each and everything related banking, but the basic things about process and control everything I don't know. It's totally different what I learnt in Manipal, I'm doing basic things here, in my opinion I don't think in this role any training required. Bank is conducting so many trainings that training is sufficient for this role.
Main thing is when my hr Mrs. Shibani asked me about location at that time she assured to all once you will placed your branch will not change. If I will request you it's not possible she took sign from all KSO 16th batch.
BT I think many of us facing the problem of branch changes, even I got branch transfer two months before.
How can a bank run like this, I hope the higher authority will understand our concern and kindly revert on this mail.
We are running our life here, no moral ethics totally different what I learnt and what I am doing.
It's better if Kotak will place all in core banking or single product we will do better.
Kindly respond us & take care of us.

I am one of the employee of your bank.
I do not know that you are aware about the course (post graduate diploma in relationship banking) which is being connected by Manipal University on behalf of Kotak bank.
So I am give you some highlights about the program.
1.It is one year course where we are thought all the banking subject in details.
2.we are tought subject like

We are shown dream in the Manipal University that we are Deputy manager but one we came to branch then we realised that all that was dream.the actual job is to seal CASA and most importantly INSURANCE.
I am not complaining you that we have to seal CASA and Insurance that is why we are complaining you.
The main point is that if we had to seal CASA and INSURANCE then what was the need of going through that type of one year course from a reputed University?
Bank would have hired employee directly from open market.
We want you to make you aware that for this Course (PGDRM) we have paid 400000 through taking loan from Kotak.
And after paying this much amount now every day we think we have been made fool by Kotak. Because if we have to seal CASA and INSURANCE then there is no point of sanding 400000 for course and wast 1 year of time.
The most notorious things is that we have been signed agreement of 4 year,that if we leave Kotak then we need to pay another 150000.
Now we think all the RO which are recruited directly are far better than us neither they have spent so much amount nor they have to pay any amount when they want to leave the job.
In terms of salary structure we are said that we are getting 29000,but it is just for showing.in this amount again we are deducted 12000 EMI for the loan we have taken for doing that course so the final salary we get is 17000.And the RO which are hired directly are getting between 20000 to 30000.
So I want to say you that what is the need of this type of course? Just to earn money from students by making us fool.
Every day we are getting humiliated in the branch for not doing INSURANCE.
I just wonder that I am working in insurance company or in banking.
I don't have any problem in sales or selling,I am one of the top performer in my region but still I have that pain that I have wasted 400000 for doing this kind of job and it's not about only me I think all the Manipal pass out are facing same problem.
Many of them have already left the job but the point is that for leaving this job again they have paid 150000.
One more thing that time we have been told that we are getting education loan from Kotak for doing this course but once we came to branch then we came to know that it is personal loan.
There are numerous point which can we highlighted.
I don't know whether you will read this mail or not but just I will be satisfied that I have send my query to my higher authority.
It's my humble request please stop this course because we feel cheated and humiliated.

With due respect I want to say that I don’t get any support from our HR team for my problem . I’m earlier mailed you about bad behavior of my branch manager . now I am tired because my reliving on 12/11/2018 but don’t get any satisfactory answer from HR team even after two time written compliant. On 6th November 2018 our HR visit at Rewari 4354 (Haryana) branch. When me ask about that matter he reply me “ it’s not your headache and ask me to submit any other evidence” . Now I don’t have any recording or proof against my branch manager. when I contact telecom (Vodafone) company , “they ask me to provide call recording only on demand of police or court . I don’t want to go against KOTAK but don’t have any option
I’m already discussed to my lawyer about this case, he told me this is undue influence and your Branch manager And HR manager should prove that they are innocent in the court and also suggest me to involve the HRD ministry of Haryana , Labor department and local media .i don’t want to do any thing mention above . finally Request you to involve in this case and please help me
