JOs and Annual Meeting

Alright -

First off, JO Quals are now posted on askFRED.net and ready for
individuals to pre-register. Pre-registration closes on Thursday,
December 13th so that we can confirm any event cancellations by day of
fencing (December 16th). Let me know if you see any problems with
this. Travis - you are also listed as an authorized manager of the
event - feel free to make changes as you see fit.

I am planning to hold the annual membership meeting at the Holiday
Tournament on Sunday, December 2nd. To get more input on Division
business, I am planning on printing off a brief agenda for the meeting
and what concerns the Division for this season. Please let me know
what you think should be included on that, so that I can be as clear
as possible. At the moment, there really isn't a lot of Division
business other than we had a few "in process" things that need more
working out before really becoming public (the open Fencing in KC on
Sundays and helping KCFC with their workshop that replaces Coaches
Colleges this year). The things I have thought of primarily:

1) Getting information on this Google Group out to the Division
membership and asking people to sign up so that we can more
effectively get information out, and;

2) That elections will be more effectively communicated this year -
partially as long as people get signed up for the Google Group. I may
put a note that anyone who is interested in taking part in Division
leadership should get in touch with one of us so that we can help them
get involved.

That really was about it. Thoughts?
