General Comments:

 

We have been in business for 7 years and our current market share is mainly in Latin America.  We are going to introduce our product line into the US and are looking for a well rounded Marketing / Sales person to assist us in achieving our goals.

It is important to know that this is not just a MARKETING POSITION you must have the ability to sell as well as have a solid understanding of MARKETING methods.  70 percent Sales and 30 percent Marketing.

Dynamic IT Salesperson with the following qualifications:

* 2 years min Solid History of success with Business to Business sales, within the IT Industry

* 2 years experience in tracking and maintaining sales goals to meet the company’s goal of growth.
* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required

* Strong IT background. Knowledge of Cisco products and solutions is required.

* Strong negotiation skills / Strong Closing & Prospecting abilities

* Candidate will have the ability and experience in generating leads.

* Pro-Active, self-starter who is not afraid to go and "grab" new business
* Generate and manage new business relationships.

* Own transportation
* Strong tracking & reporting, follow-up skills
* Strong work ethic
* Able to work independently

* Able to work under pressure
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
* All successful candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. [Due to the nature of employer's business, company policy requires that candidates having criminal background or convictions will not be considered for employment.]



Position includes:

1.      A base salary plus commission
