. Build a culture that fosters creativity and drives employee
engagement.

Job Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree

o SPRH or PHR a plus

o 7+ years Human Resources experience

o Ability to create HR programs and systems vs. maintaining
those already existing.

o A pro-active, enthusiastic individual with the ability to
operate in a positive, helpful and productive manner.

o Creative approach on new and innovative HR initiatives

o Attention to detail; strong analytical and decision-making
skills

o Ability and desire to embrace and manage change

o Commitment to continuous improvement

o Energy and international experience preferred

o Ability to travel within the Americas (approximately 20%
travel)

Direct hire opportunity in West Houston paying up to $100k DOE with a

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Consistent implementation of occupational health and hygiene processes across Petroleum (including Drug and Alcohol programs, Injury/Illness Case Management, Occupational Hygiene assessments, Medical assessments)
* Functional excellence within occupational health and hygiene
* Functional home room for site-based medical Professionals
* Knowledge sharing

* Medical care and injury / illness case management
* Set minimum standards for medical providers
* Set minimum qualifications and experience for site-based Medical professionals
* Manage the Global drug and alcohol testing program
* Occupational Hygiene standards and processes

* Validate Petroleum Occupational and Hygiene data prior to issue
* Ensure compliance with, and provide advice on, OSHA injury classification and reporting
* Manage Houston office medical clinic
* Provide functional leadership for health, occupational hygiene and medical personnel within Petroleum

EXPERIENCE

* 10+ years experience in the oil and gas industry
* Experience implementing and managing drug and alcohol testing processes
* Assurance activities (Audits and Reviews)
* Strong written and verbal communication with excellent influencing skills
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated capability of working with multi-disciplinary teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Hi BJM'ers!

I hope you are enjoying a break from the job search this weekend. As you
plan your search for next week, please include participating with us
Wednesday morning at the "Between Jobs" Ministry meeting at NorthWest Bible
Church.

Following is our general agenda. Come early at 7:15AM if you have been an
executive and want to participate in the Sr. Manager's Subgroup. Come at 8AM
if you need extra Encouragement and accountability. First time BJM attendees
should be at the church sanctuary at 8:30AM to get registered for the First
Timer Orientation that starts at 9AM. Everyone come to the main meeting for
all BJMers which starts at 9AM and will continue through the Facilitated
Networking Sessions (for experienced BJMers), Networking Training (for First
Timers) and Resume Class which should be over around 12:30PM to 1PM. More
information about the various Wednesday morning breakout training sessions,
any special topics/guest speakers, prayer and Bible study group, Networking
Training, Resume Class, "One on One" Counseling available and any other
offerings will be circulated Tuesday morning so you'll know specifically
what will be covered at the meeting.
