Subject: Business Venture Challenge at UKC2013
Dear KSEA members and previous UKC participants,
KSEA proudly presents the “Excellence & Harmony” which is the $10K Business Venture Challenge(BVC) at UKC2013.
Please see below and attachment for more details of the challenge/prizes/eligibility for BVC this year.
The Challenge :
Do you have your own startup idea, but need micro-seed capital? Apply to participate in KSEA’s $10K Business Venture Challenge (BVC)!
Selected finalists will be invited to the 2013 US-Korea Conference (UKC) where you will be able to compete for more than $10K in cash and prizes, network with VCs, seasoned entrepreneurs and mentors and receive education guidance on new venture construction processes.
Since 2010, the BVC has provided entrepreneurs with valuable business startup services and capital. We have helped aspiring entrepreneurs to act on their dreams and build their own companies and fortunes.
The competition will be held at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel (2 Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) on Friday, August 9, 2013.
Prizes and Eligibility :
A $10,000 prize will be awarded to the top finishing individual or team with a successful business plan. Competitors must register for the UKC for eligibility and submit their presentation slides by Wednesday, May 15, 2013 for first round evaluations.
