Subject: A Reminder to Vote on the 2013 KSEA Election
Dear KSEA Voting Members,
This is a reminder email to request your participation for the on-going 2013 KSEA Election. The voting period is March 22 to April 19.
This year, the voting will be done by electronic means only. No paper ballots will be mailed.
You will elect the 43rd (2014-2015) KSEA President, two 42nd (2013-2014) Vice-Presidents, an Auditor, and four Technical Group Councilors as well as vote on the proposed Amendment of Bylaws. Candidate profiles can be viewed at https://election.ksea.org/Upload/Election2013-All.pdf and are also available on the online ballot.
E-Voting Procedure:
1. Go to http://election.ksea.org
2. Click “Vote” button and log on with your Member ID and Password.
3. Follow the on-screen voting instruction.
4. After submit your vote, you will receive an email confirmation from KSEA.
If you forgot KSEA Login ID and Password, please click "Forgot ID or Password?" on the KSEA homepage and type your email address. Then, KSEA ID and password will be sent to your email address.
If you do not remember your email address used in the KSEA registration, please contact KSEA HQ at sej...@ksea.org or 703-748-1221.
To encourage your participation you will be entered in a random drawing for a chance to win one of the giveaway prizes including: one iPad 4; three Kindle Fire HD; and forty iPod Shuffle.
Please cast your ballots TODAY for your candidates of choice and for the bylaws amendment.
Voting ends on April 19, 2013, at 11:59pm PST.
