Hi everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family. I am so grateful for all of you and this incredible journey we are on together.
I am traveling to Kripalu on Dec 1, arriving into Albany at 4:10pm to assist Cynthia for KSA12 Foundations 2. Wondering if anyone is in the area and can give me a ride to the school? Would love it if we could have dinner and catch up too!
