It occurred to me this morning that it is our 10 year Anniversary of meeting each other. If you are so inspired, I'd love to hear what you're up to in the world of Ayurveda...

I was just thinking about this, 10 years. I can’t believe it.  
As for me, I am gaining some momentum - my kids are teens and want very little to do with me, so I am able to put more energy into my -outside the home- work. Still doing photography and consultations as well as Vaginal Steam sessions with clients (steaming really helped with my quite large fibroids ) and just came out with a packaged Masala Chai blend, that is in some local stores here as well as available online for purchase:) This has come out of my love for making chai, hosting salon gatherings and an event I called “Chai Walla” which was a 2 week long art installation with speakers, immersive practice and lots of hanging our drinking masala chai. 


Can’t wait to hear from everyone about what you’re up to, too!
