It was so lovely to see you Mike and also Nanette, Jen, Sharon and Lynn last week at Kripalu. Rosy's training was amazing for any of you considering it for the future.

Hello All,

Thank you so much for sending this picture along Mike :) 

It was so wonderful to see everyone! I couldn't agree with Yana more.  Dr Rosy presented the information wonderfully and many of her suggestions work for women going through menopause as well.

Gerard mentioned some interesting classes being planned for next year too :)

Remember when we wrote little messages to each other and put them in a paper bag? I read my messages recently...it was like getting a bunch of hugs. Miss you all and hope you are well.

Just loved seeing us all together again.
Lisa reminded us of those little messages.
I know exactly where mine are and plan to
read them with a cup of tea early this evening.
The red string remains around my ankle; I think
about you and keep you in my heart and in my prayers.

I can't believe that your red ankle string is still on Cecile!  Mine lasted until about a year ago and I thought I must be among the last to lose it.  The coolest coming off was when Belinda's (Belly's) string came off in the Ganges.

I hope some of my karma came off with that string in Ma Ganga!

My group just finished their PK at Vaidyagrama and I'm on my way to Varanasi to study Sanskrit with my teacher. Apparently, I'm just missing Robert Svoboda by crossing paths in the air with him (or close to it).
