Happy holidays and powerful solstice time dearest ones! I was inspired by Erin’s email regarding her PACe credit offering, and hope it’s not unwelcome to send my own. I’m really excited about taking my women’s health courses to the next level with my colleague from The Ayurvedic Center and Ayurvedic Institute graduate, Emma Landau.

THe course is called Advanced Āyurveda and herbalism for sex, fertility and menstrual health. The focus will be for women during their childbearing years. It is part two based on the womb Healing Course I have been teaching for 5 years now! I can’t wait to go deeper into herbalism and samprapti.

We will be online through Zoom, we ask members to commit for four out of five sessions, because it’s a powerful healing container, gathering with women (women only at this time.)

Here is my website with more details: http://www.adenaroseayurveda.com/whc-part-2/

Class begins Saturday January 16, 10am-12pm ET. Ending February 13.

  • Fibroids and cysts
  • Endometriosis
  • Mid-cycle spotting
  • Irregular cycles (long or short or missing)
  • Feeling disconnected from their womb space
  • Trauma or loss
