Wow this is so lovely to hear what you are up to, thanks for starting the thread! I have sure been MIA from the group from quite some time or maybe the group has been quiet too :-). I think it was two years ago almost but I did see some folks at NAMA Conference in California. I am currently in Cape Town South Africa. I took a sabbatical to travel and.... COVID so here I stay. I have been able to meet with two Ayurveda folks here in town but there is no Ayurvedic Physician here. I am currently dealing with some health issues and had ironically planned on Panchakarma this year prior to COVID but now I may actually need to go through the process of getting a medical Visa to India. Of course there is Vaidyagrama and was recently informed of Sitaram. I continue to return to Ayurveda personally so want to continue to dive deeper. I had been practicing Chinese Medicine for 6 years when I took a 6 month leave as I was not happy about working at an insurance based clinic or seeing two patients an hour. I continue to work for FloLiving.com as a Coach and I am working on my own personal website (for the last 8 years, ha) and recently took a "digital nomad" job for DAO Labs, a Chinese Medicine herbal company. I hosted my first event in South Africa called Nourished by Nature with a Yoga Teacher and Business Coach and chatted about Ayurveda and the Pitta season (where we are heading now). I hope you and your families, friends and clients are doing well. It's lovely to see your posts show up in the feed on Facebook or Instagram. Wow, can't believe it's been so long. PS. I can’t believe it. As for me, I am gaining some momentum - my kids are teens and want very little to do with me, so I am able to put more energy into my -outside the home- work.
