Welcome fall weather!  While many native plants are busy making seeds, there is still plenty of color provided by Goldenrods, Asters, and late Sunflower blooms.

The Nature Conservancy is planning to make 2,188 acres of Tallgrass Prairie, located in Butler and Greenwood Counties, open to the public.  You can participate by helping to pick a name for these acres.

Fall is a wonderful time to check out your closest Nature Center.  Which ones have you visited?
