Annual Wildflower Weekend Announcement

Greetings!

The 2021 KNPS Annual Wildflower Weekend plans are final and all members will receive a printed Invitation and Itinerary in the mail in about two weeks. We've made a few changes to the lineup:

1.  All outdoor events will occur on Saturday September 18 and Sunday September 19.  

2.  A virtual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday September 23, 2021 at 6:15-7:00pm via Zoom. All KNPS members are invited to participate and will receive information for accessing the meeting by mail.  During the virtual Membership Meeting you will be presented with a slate of KNPS Board officers to vote on, see the 2021 Photo Contest, and hear about annual KNPS Awards.  Please put this date and time on your calendar and plan to attend the 2021 virtual Membership Meeting.

3.  The 2021 Photo Contest is now open, all current members may submit photos.  Click the link to review the Categories and instructions for submitting your photos - the process has been streamlined for 2021 and you have until September 12 to submit your photos. 

During the outdoor portion of the AWW, you may choose to dine from local restaurants, or bring your own meals with you.   We have reserved the #3 Pavillion at Lincoln Park, 813 Memorial Drive (east of Hwy 160/69 just south of golf course and tennis courts) in Pittsburg for Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:00-10:00pm, to give everyone the opportunity to dine and socialize in an outdoor setting.  The park is centrally located on the west side of town.

There is NO REGISTRATION and NO FEES are required to attend the 2021 AWW Events.
