Alhamdulillah.. kick off pon sudah..

ni just pendapat or friendly advise for me n all of us... (maybe buang mase kot)

maybe aq bukan pape pon...but as sahabat (pergh..remang bulu roma) so just sharing somethg..

- cnp dept = dept busybody... ?.. coz.. cnp should know evrythng wht happen on that day from a - z

- hoping just the best for this KS

1. kite as cnp - technical department..bile da kate technical dept..kerje mmg adhoc.. to make sure there is no prob.. i do really really hope that this year com for ks can be proactive.. proactive in-term of work - x nak maen tolak2..[contoh: on the spot ko kene handle somethg..dun say "eh ko la..aq x nak.. x reti."..]. to be as cnp, korg kene cepat tangkap. U SHOULD BE PREPARED EVERYTIME..

2. korg should be able make decision faster during adhoc situation.. (but please dun loop LOA [ length of authority] - HOD/AHOD can explain more..

3. JGN JADI PAHAT DAN PENUKUL

4. In event there is no such things YOU ARE SENIOR and I AM JUNIOR... NO BOUNDARY BARRIER... we can argue in each every single matter in professional way... - key to success..

5. every task division must be work in time frame.. 

6. the most important things; WE NEED TO HAVE ANY CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR ANY SITUATION... - HOD/AHOD can explain during meetg.. 

TURUN NAIK, HEBAT HANCUR, FLAWS @ X ..KS KITE... BERGANTUNG PADE CNP KETIKA MAJLIS BERLANGSUNG... :

# Sorry HOD / AHOD t'over pulak aq.. but just concern about adik2 ni ha...hehhe (banyak lagi..nut u know better than me. ^_^

# to adik-adik belajar la drpd abam izzul n kakak pipah kite... dierorg mmg (Y) dlm CNP.. anythg that you want to learn just ask them... kan pipah n izzul :).. hope bole keje dgn efisen..

# PUNCTUALITY IS THE MOST PRIORITY in CNP
