To all of our Krystal Kennels readers and friends:

 

Can you attend a volunteer planning meeting

on Wednesday, December 23, at 6:30 p.m.?

 

The meeting will be held at the White Oak Learning Center in Deer River, Minnesota.

 

It is located 1-1/2 miles north of Deer River at 33155 Hwy. 6.
(Watch for the Fire Number sign, #33155.)

 

This will be a working meeting for the race planners and volunteers.  We will be doing various tasks in preparation for the race on January 9th, such as assembling musher packets and preparing vet/time booklets carried by each musher during the races.  Your assistance at this meeting will be greatly appreciated!  Bring some friends and make a fun evening of it!

We usually finish around 8:00 or 8:30, so you won't be out too late!

December 23, or the next mtg on December 30, or the race dates of January 8-10, 2010,
