Hi @all,

we're considering using KyroNet in our application...because it's lightweight, has a clean and simple api and provides everything necessery for us :)

There is only one thing we are wondering about: Is KyroNet under active development? 

There are a few open pr's and the last release is from 12 Nov 2013 - which doesn't have to be bad.
But thinking about Java 11+ there might be api changes that need to be addressed.

Looking forward for your answers and hoping we can integrate KyroNet into our application and use it for the next x years.

Kryo has been updated (to v5) relatively recently, but KryoNet has not. I don't know when I'll have time to do so. It would be easy to update KryoNet to use the new Kryo though.
