Welcome to the CORC 1210 "Knowledge, Reality, and Values" (0616) TM6 Google Group. This is where we will put up our blog posts.
People can comment on each others’ posts, and they can see my comments as well--but importantly not the grades. A few things: 


  • Be civil. That doesn’t mean you have to be formal and formulaic. Like we talked about in class, I don’t  want you to feel like you’re filling out a check list. You can experiment, and try different things out. I will comment on what works and what doesn’t.
  • Be considerate of others’ feelings and try not to be rude or mean. You can disagree without being a jerk. I’ll call you out if you are.
  • Please feel free to share your thoughts regarding the course, if not in this format then in an email. This web section is an exercise in transparency. Also, in showing you what everyone writes and my own comments I want to show how philosophy is involved in a kind of conversation, and that  we can change, alter, and adapt our ideas to others’ ideas.
