NOTICE - On-Hold all payments due to Non-payment of Q3-2019 maintenance

Dear All KV members,

 

We noticed many members are not paid Q3 (Jul-Aug-Sep) 2019 society maintenance till date, due to this we are holding all Q3 schedule and expenses payments until below points are clear.

• Q3 maintenance paid till date: A wing 1 (Chetan – paid 1000/-) out of 31 and B wing 19 out of 24 as per revised charges.
• We would like to know, Why A wing members are not paying Q3-2019 maintenance?
• Due to non-payment of Q3 maintenance, below society services might be affected,
• Left
• Security
• Electricity
• Genset backup
• Daily cleaning
• Others…
• We would like to state, If any incident happen due to holding/non-payment, we are not accountable for such incident, as many members are not paying maintenance on time.
• It would be good, if we can clear all above mentioned point on or before 31^st July, 2019 to proceed further.
