Fw: Rejections in Account Opening

Dear Sir;

Require to seek you valuable opinion with supporting if any pertaining to trail hitch which we have in terms of the sudden requirement from ICICI Bank , it was held and agreed between us and ICICI  that all documents required for new current account opening for our KV was submitted (attached acknowledgement copy from bank attached for ref  ) and now trail mail suggest for deed of declaration they require which they says is and should be on stamp paper done , I also have suggested them that we have attached completion certificate which is a part of KV BYLAWS and same would be enough for them as it carries date of incorporation (attached for ref ).

Can you please guide esp. considering such req. of bank.
