Notice / Letter to builder for pending Issue

Guys,

In continuation to earlier communication, please find enclose the draft letters for following items:

1. Generator's certified copy from Manufacture and PCMC (Should be available with Builder).

2. Water connection papers / certificates from builder to validate if we have proper water connection or not.

3. Elevator's certified copy from  Manufacture and PCMC (Should be available with Builder).

These letters will be send to builder via register AD. We are targeting to complete the signature process by this weekend i.e. 5th Jan, 2014. 

Requesting to all the members to be presented personally to sign these letter.

Note: Feel free to change the content of both the letters to make it more relevant and effective.

Looking forward for active participation as usual.
