List of commands can be used in user actions

Hallo,

I need a list of (best) all of possible commands in user actions. In the doc I found i.e. aPanelSize. But there must be a lot more. I search for a "aPanelRefresh", because I need a refresh after mounting a network-drive and cd to the mountpoint. But not found...

Where can I find it?
