The color preferences are saved in KDE configuration files
(~/.kde/share/config). There is no common way to edit them manually.
So I propose you to do as follows
1. Install "systemsettings" package and its dependencies (temporarily!)
2. Run "systemsettings" from the menu or console.
3. Choose "Application Appearance".
4. Choose "Colors".
5. Choose the corresponding GNOME-like color scheme
6. Choose QtCurve theme with a GNOME-icons if you like.
7. Uninstall "systemsettings" package and its orphans.

It's GNOME/KDE theme manager and a set of themes designed to give a
conform appearance of both GTK+- and Qt-based applications. It allows
you to tweak every aspect of Krusader windows appearance if you want
or just make Krusader looks like a GTK+-application.
