use characters (IE '/' and '`' ) in keyboard shortcuts

Hi all

I was wondering why i cant use special characters (IE  '/' and '`' ) in  keyboard shortcuts? is it a technical problem or a bug?

Hi zeltak!

I'm not sure, but KDE has no problems to accept and use these characters for
shortcuts (did a small test with the Global Keyboard Shortcuts control
module). So I assume it was intentionally disabled for some reason.

Please file a bug report, otherwise this might get lost.
