Hello:

In new krusader (2.4.0-beta3 currently) if I change the panel fonts size to a different size than default the font size still becomes the default when I select F9-rename function. For example if I set the panel font size to 15 points, when I select rename, the file name is shown in 12 pt fonts which is too small for my eyes. To see clearly that the two are different you can set panel font size to a small value (eg 7 pt) and when rename is selected it becomes much larger 12 pt.) Is there a separate option to change rename font size? In krusader 1.x panel fonts sizes were the same for every case.

How can I set the rename font size to the same as that of normal panel fonts?

Thanks,

Istvan

Hi, the bug
Different fonts for file name and renamed file name
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326649
was solved in July for the next version of krusader. Maybe it's the same but
that you report?

Greetings!
Toni

Thanks for the super fast answer.
Indeed, it seems it's the same thing. I didn't know that is was reported.
When will the next version be released? In openSUSE 13.2 repos 2.4.0-beta3 is the newest.

Thanks,

Istvan

There are some minor issues to be solved, so there's no release date. If,
meanwhile, someone wants to compile and use Krusader, he can follow the steps
of
https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/utils/krusader/repository/revisions/master/entry/INSTALL

P.S.: In that address there are instructions to compile and execute the
development version of Krusader.
