Krusader moved to KDE Extragear

As suggested, it's moved in utils:

I'll add an entry in http://extragear.kde.org soon.
On another front, I have added all missing copyright/license statements.
I set authors properly when applicable and set Shie and Rafi by default when I
didn't find any clue on them.
Please, make adjustements: add yourself in the copyrights when you feel you
must be in.

nice, thank you.
Before i announce it on the website and update the svn instructions, i have
some questions.
I'm still getting lost in the KDE repository. How do we check out a copy with
docs and translations in a way the makefiles will notice them? We have many
svn users and have to provide some instructions.
What will be the final destination for docs and translations?
In /trunk/l10n-kde4/en_GB/docs/extragear-utils/ for instance is only kpager
and the krusader translations are still
below /trunk/l10n-kde4/xxx/messages/kdereview/. Will they be moved?
