faq.docbook has this note:

Afaik b.k.o is the official bugtracker now, so this is wrong.
Objections to remove it?

No objections I guess, I moved most of bugs from old SF bugtracker to
kde's bugzilla and it looks like Jan (dev) looks at new bugs from time
to time.
