Subject:  FUND RAISING FOR THE  'FAMILY HOPE WELFARE ASSOCIATION'.

Dear Friends, 

This 'FAMILY HOPE WELFARE ASSOCIATION' in Penang was formed by volunteers about 10 years ago. The Welfare Department gives very little financial assistance to the poor individual or families. The profile and details of the Association are enclosed.

I have been in constant contact with Timothy Finian, the Advisor, on their financial matters. I am very aware of the hard work that is being done for these handicap and needy individuals and families, who seek help from the Association. The amazing work that is done by the Association for these unfortunate  people, is not recognised by the Welfare Department.

On behalf of the President and members of the Association, I would like to make an appeal,l to you my dear friends and family, towards helping them to continue their work in assisting and caring  for these disabled and handicap people.

All contributions to the Association will be knowledge with receipts. Banking details are in the file.

Thank you very much and I look forward to your kind support and contribution either in cash or kind to make this ' Fund Rasing' project a success.
