Hi,
I can't get Vivado JTAG using Xilinx PCUSB to recognize a Snickerdoodle Black board (v3.0). I'm pretty sure I have everything setup correctly, see pics below.
Has anyone successfully used it with and SD BLK? I suspect that maybe the PGND circuit requires something different. I could not find in SD docs which JTAG are supported (Digilent or Xilinx). Does anyone have clarification on that?

Are you able to see the device after powering without an SD card installed? The SD card shouldn't prevent access to the FPGA, normally, but you may not see the APUs on the chain when the booROM isn't set to boot from JTAG.
